Notes:

A second check for $40.00 will be required after successfully completing the clinic made out to wisref.org for registration with USSF, Bring a sack lunch. Complete the registration form (get it at ussoccer.com) and bring the completed form with you to the clinic.

Prerequisite:

Participants must be at least 12 years old prior to attending this clinic. Those who are 12-13 years old will be registered as a level 9 referee, or recreational referee, and will be limited to working games at the recreational level only. Those who are 14 years of age or older will be registered as a level 8 referee.

Course Fee:

$25.00 payable to: FCSRU

USSF Fee:

$40.00 USSF registration fee payable to: WisRef.org.
