Please read the following procedure carefully when registering for a Fond du Lac Soccer Recreational Player for the 2012 season.
- Click here or the link at the top of the page to begin your registration
- Login by using your existing NGIN Account or create one
- Existing NGIN Account
- Previous FDLSA players who registered online can use their existing NGIN Account and login using current username and password
- Creating a new NGIN Account
- If you are new to FDLSA or do not have a NGIN Account from another organization, you will have to create a NGIN Account to begin online registration
- After you fill in required information and click Sign Up For Your NGIN Account, you will receive an email to finish activating your account
- Click on the activation link in the email to finish creating and activating your account. If you do not click the activation link in the email, you will not be able to continue to register a player

- During online registration, you will be asked to choose a form of payment. Payments can be make with your Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, or PayPal Account.
- There are two payment options to choose from:
- Option 1-Payment in Full at the time of registration
- Option 2-Payment in Two Installments. First installment due at the time of registration and the second payment due March 31, 2012 and will be automatically withdrawn
