Recreational Team Sponsorship Levels:

• 1 to 4 teams = $150 per team
• 5 to 9 teams = $125 per team ($25 discount per team)
• 10 or more = $100 per team ($50 discount per team)

Recreational Team Sponsorship Benefits:

• Sponsor name and logo on the front of all team jerseys
• Team photo plaque is provided to each sponsor
• Sponsor name listed on our website

You will need the following information to complete the online sponsor form:

• Contact information
• Company name
• Player's name (if you are sponsoring a specific player's team)
• Digital artwork file of logo to upload (it can also be emailed later to sponsor@fondysoccer.com)
• Online payment can be made through our secure site. To make an online payment, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discovery or Paypal account information available.
