The Fond du Lac Soccer Association (FDLSA) is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve on its Board of Directors and Sub-Committees. Participation is primarily a commitment of time as the organization is in need of the professional and practical expertise provided by those serving on the Board. This is a "working board" to provide the best program possible.
This opportunity is best suited for individuals with a keen interest in advancing the development of youth through sports. Prospective members to the Board and Committees are either self-nominated or can be nominated by another member of the soccer association using a one page form which provides a means for the nominee to present what skill sets they offer and other pertinent information.
Time commitments by members of the Board may vary. Each Board Member is expected to attend monthly board meetings (60-90 minutes) and chair at least one committee. This is a working board with a fairly significant expectation of volunteer time or volunteer recruitment.
